Appliance Repair Technician

Overview:

Diagnose and repair residential appliances while delivering a professional, high-quality customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and more

  • Communicate findings and solutions clearly to customers

  • Complete jobs efficiently and accurately

  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle

What Success Looks Like:

  • High customer satisfaction

  • Strong average ticket and conversion rates

  • Low recall rate

Compensation:
Performance-based pay structure with strong earning potential.

Installation Technician (2-Man Team)

Overview:
Deliver and install appliances safely and professionally in customers’ homes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver and install kitchen and laundry appliances

  • Handle stairs, tight spaces, and door removals when needed

  • Ensure all installations are clean, level, and fully operational

What Success Looks Like:

  • Clean installs with zero callbacks

  • Professional interaction with every customer

  • Efficient, safe job completion

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Overview:
Be the first point of contact for customers and help guide them through scheduling and service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer calls, texts, and emails

  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar

  • Set clear expectations with customers

What Success Looks Like:

  • Efficient call handling

  • High booking rates

  • Clear, confident communication

Retail Sales Associate

Overview:
Help customers select the right appliances while maximizing value and experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide customers through appliance selection

  • Ask the right questions to uncover needs

  • Close sales and coordinate installations

What Success Looks Like:

  • Strong average ticket

  • High attachment rates (warranties, accessories)

  • Excellent customer experience
